International orders are strictly at CUSTOMERS risk, there in many cases have been times where items have been lost, confiscated and even sent back to me as much as 6 months after I have shipped it. If the item makes it way back to me I will refund it. However if it is lost, stolen, has a long transit time or is confiscated there will be no refund.
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused. If there is an issued with something I can send you a return label for it. Otherwise please send returns to " PO BOX 303, DUNCANSVILLE, PA 16635"
Pre-Orders are basically projects that are crowd funded and allow me to get some really cool products made for you all. These items are typically paid in full with a turnaround time up to 120 days, if you are purchasing something that is a Pre-order you are aware this item will not ship for some time.
