Made proudly in Pennsylvania, I really enjoy working on these. I feel kitchen knives tend to be some of the most used and commonly acquired knives out there. Materials will be listed as available in the drop down menu. These are 9 1/4" long overall with a 4 7/8" edge, steel is 1/8" thick flat ground so they are nice and slice ready. Thanks for looking!
